Fiory<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The highest superconducting transition temperatures in the (<em>A<\/em><sub>1-x<\/sub><em>B<\/em><sub>x<\/sub>)<sub>3<\/sub>C<sub>60<\/sub> superconducting family are seen in the A15 and FCC structural phases of Cs<sub>3<\/sub>C<sub>60<\/sub> (optimized under hydrostatic pressure), exhibiting measured values for near-stoichiometric samples of <em>T<\/em><sub>C0<\/sub><sup>meas.<\/sup>\u00a0= 37.8 K and 35.7 K, respectively. It is argued these two Cs-intercalated C<sub>60<\/sub> compounds represent the optimal materials of their respective structures, with superconductivity originating from Coulombic <em>e<\/em>&#8211;<em>h<\/em> interactions between the C<sub>60<\/sub> molecules, which host the <em>n<\/em>-type superconductivity, and mediating holes associated with the Cs cations. A variation of the interlayer Coulombic pairing model [Harshman and Fiory, <a href=\"http:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s10948-015-3147-x\">J. Supercond. Nov. Magn. <strong>28<\/strong>, 2967 (2015)<\/a>, and references therein] is introduced in which <em>T<\/em><sub>C0<\/sub><sup>calc.<\/sup> \u221d 1\/\u2113\u03b6 where \u2113 relates to the mean spacing between interacting charges on surfaces of the C<sub>60<\/sub> molecules, and \u03b6 is the average radial distance between the surface of the C<sub>60<\/sub> molecules and the neighboring Cs cations. For stoichiometric Cs<sub>3<\/sub>C<sub>60<\/sub>, T<sub>C0<\/sub><sup>calc.<\/sup> = 38.08 K and 35.67 K for the A15 and FCC macrostructures, respectively; the dichotomy is attributable to differences in \u03b6.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dale R.
